主讲人简介：

Gunnar Sivertsen，挪威国家创新、研究和教育评价中心（Nordic Institute for Studies in Innovation, Research and Education (NIFU)）教授、科学计量与评价中心主任。自1989年起，Gunnar Sivertsen教授在挪威开创了科学计量评价研究，担任欧盟以及挪威、丹麦、芬兰、比利时、瑞典、波兰等欧洲多国政府的科研评价顾问，指导和帮助欧洲多国政府建立与改进国家科研信息与评价系统。他提出的“挪威模型”评价体系，对欧洲多国的科研评价和基金资助体系产生深远影响，并得到广泛应用。近年来Gunnar Sivertsen教授致力于国家创新评价、人文社科领域评价以及科学的社会影响评价等多个前沿评价领域研究，设计的相关评价模型和指标被挪威政府以及欧洲多国的科研机构广泛应用。近年来发表学术论文四十余篇，被引近千次。

主讲人简介：

Louis T. Chow教授是国际顶尖的生物化学和分子生物学家，是RNA剪切现象的发现者。长期致力于人类病毒基因结构和功能的研究，利用电子显微镜技术研究病毒基因的结构以及HPV结构及其致癌机制方面取得了重大发现，在国际一流学术期刊Cell, Science, Nature, Genes Dev, PNAS 等上发表论文200余篇。
