题目:格物至理,逐梦星河——我国空间科学的发展
主讲人简介:
顾逸东,1970年毕业于清华大学工程物理系,中国科学院空间应用中心研究员,中国载人航天工程空间科学首席专家,2005年当选为中国科学院院士。
1974年起从事宇宙射线和高能天体物理研究,主持建立了我国高空科学气球系统,推动了我国宇宙射线、X射线天文和多学科空间探测的早期发展。
1994年后任载人航天工程空间应用系统总设计师,领导了系统方案设计和总体技术工作,组织和指导完成了上百项空间地球和天文观测、生命和物理科学空间研究;组织了空间站科学与应用规划论证,主持中国科学院学部的空间科学和空间开发战略研究和咨询,担任三个天文卫星工程总师;为我国空间科学与应用发展做出了重要贡献。
曾获国家科技进步特等、二等奖各一项和部委级一、二等奖多项,获“求是”科技基金会杰出科技成就集体奖。
Brief Introduction of Professor Gu Yidong
Prof. Gu Yidong graduated from the Department of Engineering Physics, Tsinghua University in 1970. He is a researcher at the Technology and Engineering Center for Space Utilization, Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Chief Scientist for Space Science of China’s Manned Space Program, and was elected as an Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2005.
Since 1974, Prof. Gu has been engaged in research on cosmic rays and high-energy astrophysics, leading the establishment of China’s high-altitude scientific balloon system and promoting the early development of cosmic ray research, X-ray astronomy, and multidisciplinary space exploration in China.
Since 1994, Prof. Gu has served as the Chief Designer of the Space Application System of China’s Manned Space Program, leading system scheme design and overall technical work. He has organized and directed the completion of over 100 scientific and applied projects in space-based Earth and astronomical observation, as well as space research in life and physical sciences. He has also organized the planning and demonstration of space station science and applications, presided over strategic research and consultation on space science and space development for the Academic Divisions of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and served as chief engineer of three astronomical satellite projects. He has made major contributions to the development of China’s space science and applications.
He has received one Special Prize and one Second Prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, as well as multiple first and second prizes at the ministerial level, and was also awarded the Outstanding Collective Achievement Prize by the Qiushi Foundation for Science and Technology.
