During June 6 to 8 in 2016, the China Employer-Employee Survey (CEES)2016 was carried out by 9 investigation teams ofIQDS to make a pre-investigation on 36 sample enterprises located in Caidian District and Economic Development Zone in Wuhan.
Before the investigation, the investigation commander anddean of IQDS, Cheng Hong made the final arrangements and mobilization and announced requirementson the research objectives, methods, attitudes etc.
On June 12, the CEES 2016 Preliminary ResearchConference was held on the Luojia Biweekly Academic Forum (No. 14, 2016). The conference was focused on quality control methods, survey questionnaires, questionnaire filling communication, solutions of key issues, use ofsurvey signals, incentive management of investigators, information sharing mechanism, regional management, survey management system construction, survey productivity and administration, government support and management, and post-advocacy support and other aspects with a comprehensive summary and analysis of pre-investigation experiences and problems.
Professor Cheng Hong put forward specific solutions and methods on the pre-investigation problems and made detailed arrangements and deployment on the follow-up research priorities and the upcoming fully operation of China Employer-Employee Survey (CEES) 2016in July.
